1. Is this a real, supervised program or just an app with diet templates?
It is a real, supervised program designed and monitored by the EasySlim Scientific Team,
with 34 years of clinical experience. The app is the tool we use to deliver your personalized plan,
daily communication and follow-up – not an automatic or generic diet generator.
2. What is the difference between Slow, Standard, Fast and Express?
The main difference is the pace and the level of intensity.
Slow is more gentle and low-pressure. Standard is balanced and fits most people.
Fast has a stronger framework and more frequent adjustments. Express is the most intensive,
with daily contact and the shortest possible duration. The scientific method is the same in all 4 levels.
3. Do I need to exercise, or is it optional?
Exercise is optional. If you want it, our personal trainer will design a plan adapted
to your level, your injuries and your preferences (home, gym, walking, sport etc.).
Even without exercise, you still receive full nutrition and psychological support.
4. Is it safe? What if I have medical issues?
Our approach is conservative and health-focused. During registration we ask for your
medical background and current medication. If something is outside our scope, we may ask for your
doctor’s approval or adapt the program. We do not use drugs or injections – the method is based
on nutrition, psychology and lifestyle.
5. How exactly does the 5 kg Trial work?
The Trial is a shorter, full-experience program (3–10 weeks depending on the level)
aimed at losing around 3–5 kg. You receive a complete nutrition plan, psychological support and,
if you choose, exercise guidance. When you finish, we evaluate your progress and then calculate
your full program for all remaining kilos.
6. What do I need to start? Is the app mandatory?
Yes, the EasySlim App is the main platform where you receive your plan,
messages, feedback and adjustments. You simply need a smartphone (iOS or Android),
a valid email and internet connection. After payment, you will receive instructions to connect
with our team inside the app.
7. What happens after I pay?
You receive an automatic payment confirmation and then a message from our team
(by email and/or inside the app) with the next steps. We confirm your details,
clarify any medical points and then activate your personalized program, week by week.
8. Are there refunds if I change my mind?
Because this is a personalized health service with scientific time allocated
by our experts, we normally do not offer refunds after the program is activated.
However, if something serious happens (health or personal reasons), you can contact us and
we will review each case individually and try to find a fair solution.
